Dear Support:

I just downloaded my UUEE from Aerosoft website where I purchased pretty much all of your products for P3Dv4 and now I downloaded P3DV5 and re-downloaded all of my sceneries, however, the only 2x that does not show up with version P3DV5 is:

UUEE Moscow Sheremetyevo X
Miami City X

According to Aerosoft those updates have not been implemented, all help.

Thanks

All sceneries were adapted to P3D v5 few months ago and all stores, including Aerosoft, were provided with the new versions.

Regarding UUEE v2 - you have to ask Aerosoft to check the files that they received from us this year to give you an access to the last version v2.3.

Miami City is compatible with P3D v5 too and now it's freeware, which can be found here: http://www.drzewiecki-design.net/prodARCHIVE.htm

SimForLife - please confirm that you own the v2 version of UUEE. If not - you are entitled to an upgrade discount when upgrading from v1 to v2.

Hi guys,
Some months ago I posted about some taxisigns displaying wrong information; on taxiways 2, 3, and 4 (reads 06C-24C instead of 24C-06C). I found the issue very simple to fix, just a tiny texture twist. I modified this little detail to make it display as it should, so now they read correctly. Any admin please, so I can send you the textures I fixed for you, so you don't work on them...

Regards.

Hi Capt Luis M.
Frankly, there are more changes at the airport which would need to be addressed - some taxiways and stands were renamed lately. We will work on this while making the product compatible with MSFS.
Anyway, thank you very much for pointing to that issue with signs. We will fix that too.

Hello,

I purchased all of your fantasic scenery off sim market a week or so ago.

I am having issues with UUEE where the runway and taxiway lights are very dim and also there is no jet bridges?

Cheers,

James

Hello James.
Your issue is related to SODE.
Please make sure that you have the latest version of SODE installed and active.

Hi

I know it's a very small detail but according to videos and Fotos, there is also lettering on Terminal C above the Gates. See here:
https://aasarchitecture.com/2020/02/rmj ... port.html/

Would it be possible to add it to your great scenry?

Kind Regards and thanks in advance

Hello all,

Firstly, UUEE looks stunning - great work. My only problem is that as soon as I installed it, I am getting red 'X' all over the scenery and no jetways (pic attached). For whatever reason this is now happening at all of my other airports?

I am not sure what has caused this as nothing had changed since my last flight except for installing this new scenery...

I have the most up to date version of sode, I'm on V5.1 and run all as admin etc.

Any suggestions how to help would be most appreciated.

Thanks,
Hamish

Red crosses are generated by SODE to inform that the respective objects are missing. Simple reinstall of SODE helps very often. If not, please generate the logs from SODE and attach here. Please also make sure that you see the scenery folders in the SODE main folder, which should be found here: C:\ProgramData\12bPilot\SODE
