HI again: I should thought of this first, but I reinstalled Wash X and it works fine now. I don't think I will be using P4AO again :)

Thanks!

Love your products! I have no trees around the White House. Also the White House isn't very white. Any suggestions?

Screenshot please - we need to see how is it look like in your sim to understand the issue.

Does it look different than on our product page? http://www.drzewiecki-design.net/prodWash_X.htm
Which sim are we talking about?
Do you have any other addons for this area?
Have you maybe tried different sim settings?

Hey Guys. First of all. Thanks so much for getting all these pushed out. Love your work. I was wondering if you could help me. I'm having issues with blocky grass like textures. Here is DCA. The first pic and last pic show what I mean. The other pics are my settings.

We need to fix one setting during install as the high resolution grass is not installed correctly. Thank you for the report.

thanks. When i installed this one the store didn't notify me it was ready. But I found the file regardless. However the file name remained the same. Will there be a way I can know when the fixed version is ready for download?

It's hard to say because each store has his own policy in case of informing their customers. But nowadays we put the scenery version in the file name, so theoretically you should be able to identify the new one.

Dave, it will be v1.5 . Files are named accordingly.
Perhaps it depends on which store you use but all of them are instructed by us to send notifications to customers.

Hi there;
I purchased Washington X from FSPilotShop.com who is no longer in business. How do I go about getting the P3D v5 upgrade?

Thank you,
Mustafa

Hi guys,

Hope all is well with you and your team at DD.

I have just installed the 1.5 version and rarely used this scenery on my end due to the images being blurry. I also have your Chicago Airport X and I was blown away by it especially on how sharp the grass is etc.

Now how can some parts of Washington X be clear and blurry at the same time. I have stayed on that spot - see the first image - left side of the plane where the water tanks are on the ground that part always stays blurry and right part of the view from the plane near the airport side - it is always clear.

Image

Another place near the potomac rivers always stays blurry

Image

The right side of the plane is super sharp and the left of the plane is always blurry (this area is right across from KDCA)

Image

And as for grass texture at KDCA

Is my grass installed right and working well (I saw another post like this - that is what is making me question it also)

I would appreciate your help regarding this matter.

Thank you

Hi.
What you see is a combination of 30cm and 1m imagery, hence the difference. Washington was our last product to feature 1m/pix images - afterwards, we changed the standard to the minimum of 50cm (Seattle, Chicago).
I agree that the airport grass could have been done in a more convincing way.

I'm just happy to know it's not just me with the DCA grass. I didn't know if I had a bad setting.
