No problem at all :)

Ok, please try with the fix from this post

http://drzewiecki-design.net/forum/view ... 435#p20320

and let me know whether it solves a problem at night when "lights always on" is not active.

Please also make sure that you have the last version of SODE - reinstalling it may help as well, for sure will destroy nothing.

After installing the lights fix and using "no static" bgl file, I'm still getting static a/c. Is there a way to remove the static a/c?

Please reinstall the scenery with "no static option" and then use the light fix for "no static".

Dear Marcin,

your fix worked miracles ;-) Thank you very much. Now the lights are perfect when on during the night (I unchecked the "always on" option) and there are no more obstructions to objects behind the lights.

Thank you very much for your help! Wielkie dzięki!

Best greetings to you!

Daniel

Hello,

Recently purchased Chicago X

I had problem with the KORD ILS 10R LOC .
It remained "armed" until I got within a mile of the runway on my approach.

I checked the Afcad and noticed 10R is marked "back course".

Only 10 R has a back course marked at KORD.

We tested it many times and we have never been able to replicate the problem. Maybe default airport navaid database in FSX/P3D is causing this, because is hopelessly out of date. However there is a donationware update for navaids and ILS data here: http://www.aero.sors.fr/navaids3.html or payware version - fsaerodata.

Hello,

I was flying the KORD ILS 10R approach in the PMDG737 P3Dv5.1
The VORLOC and G/S remained armed (white, not captured) during the entire approach until I was at the airport near landing.

The rwy ILS 28L was ok for LOC and G/S (both green, captured).

I could do screenshots or a video if you need it.

Question: Why is DD KORD afcad using Back course for 10R (jpg attached)?

But have you tried to update default navaids - have you checked this solution?
Sometimes it happens that there are being read default navaids.

Hello,

Thanks for your replies, much appreciated.

I first noticed the DD KORD ILS 10R approach problem with PMDG737 in both P3dv4.5HF3 and P3Dv5.1.
Example screenshot of one of my test approaches (attached).

Now I tested with the default aircraft like LM F-22 and all ok on the approach.

Only PMDG737 is showing the problem on my setup.
Without proper LOC and G/S capture on the KORD 10R approach PMDG Autoland is not possible.

When I looked at the DD KORD_ADE.BGL I noticed ILS 10R was marked “Back course”.
Why is that?
Do you see the same when you look at the DD KORD_ADE.BGL ?

I have not used any navadis updates.
Is a 3rd party freeware product with Navaids updates required for DD airports (P3Dv4 and P3Dv5)?

Note:
I have DD Chicago X and NY Airports v2x, very nicely done airports.
Other ILS approaches are working ok with PMDG737 on my tests so far.

The point is that in case of some users there is a conflict with a default outdated p3d navaids, even if ours are fully correct and should be read correctly. That's why I suggested to try updating these default navaids because it helped in many similar cases. Let me check our AFCAD again, but I'm pretty sure that it was fully correct.

However you may try to check the attached files, where there is no back-course for 10R - there are two bgl files (one for install with active statics and one for install without static planes). Please let me know if there is a change for you.

Hi, taxiway bridges are very sensitive to mesh as there are few-centimeter differencies in ground levels.
Which sim are we talking about and can you confirm that you installed the last scenery's version?
Do you have any other mesh addons? Any other addons for the same region?
Where is Chicago Airports X placed in the Scenery Library?
And finally - can you reinstall the scenery and mark all additional airports details? Is there any difference?
