Let's start from basic, because something went wrong with the installation process.
Which version of scenery have been indicated by the installer?
Have you tried to reinstall the scenery by running the installer with admin rights?
Can you confirm that our scenery is on top of scenery library and was activated in P3D after the installation?
And last thing - please send me information.cfg which should be found here: ...\MyDocuments\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons\[name of the product]\information.cfg

Version of EPWA is v.196.
I have reinstalled it with administrator rights, as the first time.
EPWA is situated at the top os the Scenery Library, but NO ACTIVATION was requested when installing nor at the P3D start.
There are some files attached to show what is happening:
EPWA.JPG - Screen capture that shows no difference with the firs time
Scenery Library.jpg - Screen capture that shows top position of EPWA
scenery.rar - This is the scenery.cfg file situated in C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 (It's rar file because cfg can not be attached)

See, that in the scenery.cfg file doesn't appear EPWA as in the Scenery Library Screen capture

This is the content of information.cfg file requested. (I couldn't attach more than 3 files)

Frankly speaking I have no idea what is going on here. In my P3D v4 everything is working fine and so far no-one reported the similar issue.

Maybe, please try to remove EPWA forlder with add-on xml from ...\Users\"username"\Documents\Prepar3D v4 Add-ons (please also attach this add-on.xml file here - I need to check what is there), then move our scenery folder from ...\Prepar3D v4\Addon Scenery to any other folder and add EPWA manually to the Scenery Library. Afterwards please let us know what is the result.

Hi Martin.
I followed your instructions and deleted the folder with add-on.xml file, and moved the scenery fron Prepar3D\Add-On to another folder.
After I have added manually to the Scenery Library.
Hoops.. Everything is good now and EPWA has appeared in a very good shape.

I'm including the content of deleted add-on.xml file you need.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<SimBase.Document Type="AddOnXml" version="4,0" id="add-on">
<AddOn.Name>EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport X</AddOn.Name>
<AddOn.Description>EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport X</AddOn.Description>
<AddOn.Component>
<Category>Scenery</Category>
<Path>F:\Prepar 3D v4 Academic\Addon Scenery\EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport X</Path>
<Name>EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport X</Name>
<Layer>242</Layer>
</AddOn.Component>
</SimBase.Document>

Thank you very much

Hello Ricard.
Was this the correct path?
F:\Prepar 3D v4 Academic\Addon Scenery\EPWA Warsaw Chopin Airport X

That F drive - is it an external drive?

Hi Martin.

Yes, this was the correct path in the former situation.
The F:\ is a secondary internal drive where I've Prepar3D and add-ons installed.

I see EPWA is going through a lot changes or has had changes. Does your scenery reflect this?

Indeed, we are considering a payware update to V2 when the changes at the real airport are completed. This has not been really planned yet as there are a lot of things happening at the real airport currently. One runway is actually currently closed.

Hi Martin.

I'm sending views of Epwa airport as i see now after the changes you prescribed.
I thik they are ok, but i Don't know if they reflect the changes the airport has had. I only can say that this is the last version downloaded from JustFlight.

Eveything looks OK - the scenery version you should see when you run the installer for example. Last one is v1.97.

Thank you for your response.
I should appreciate you can send an email with the new installer for v 197 as I don't know where to download it.

We are absolutely sure that we provided them with our last installer similarly as the other stores but we will try to clarify this case. Please forward this Email from Just Flight to me (marcin@drzewiecki-design.net)
