I have found a website pirating some of the Drzewiecki MSFS sceneries including this one for free. I looked for an email to contact so I could send the link to that as I don't want to put the link here.
I just bought this today and it mostly looks great! I'm not sure if others reported, but the famous chicago bean sculpture looks really blocky compared to the sculpture in real life. any chance that can be improved?

Hi.
We are aware of some issues introduced in the V5 update of the Sim.
We are already fixing them and will try to do that as soon as humanly possible.
Anyway to get a refund? I bought the Chicago Landmarks caus eit looked amazing. There's a bug somewhere in it though. My specs are as follows. 2080 super/ i9 9900k, 16gb. I play the the sim at 4k Ultra hdr and ever since SU5 it's smooth sailing at 30-40 fps depending on what's going on. My temp of my gpu is always at the max obviously. Which is 74 degrees centigrade. After installing the Chicago Landmarks of course I wanted to check it out. Well the bug is that for some reason while getting close to the scenery my framerates drop tremendously, my gpu temp goes from 74 degrees centigrade to about 60. Tried various aircraft, a reinstall, I've tried it with nothing else in the community folder. Same result. Flew over it multiple times thinking maybe I just needed to build a cache, it didn't help same result. Also it doesn't matter what resolution I'm in. I've tried it all the way down to 480p an got the same results. Guess I should mentions that the max fps I've seen is 10 but it's usually at 6.

As Stanislaw said, if you want to apply for the refund, it must be done via your shop. On the other hand, your report sounds strange, because if the scenery is badly-optimized, we should hear about this. At the same time, many opinions say something completely different.
I've purchased the scenery since SU5. So I couldn't tell you.. It just doesn't make sense, with the scenery installed and default Chicago my gpu temps at 74 degrees, with scenery installed my gpu temps go down to 60ish. You would think it would be the opposite.
