Ok thanks, I will try to disable later today and report my findings for you. Is it worth you enabling WU USA your end as a cross check then you will see the failures we are having? It will then enable you to see what we are all seeing and allow an equal comparison.

Ok, we potentially could recreate the CTD so we might actually have something to test.

- Start menu / Flight Simulator / right click -> Settings (or Configure)
- Resetting (or something similar) -> FIX

if this does not work:
- Resetting (or something similar) -> RESET

Would you like me to try this after I have carried out the USA disable from the SU6 update.

Yes, for me that fixed the issue. Unfortunately, I've got no idea what it does as this is a default MS feature.

any plans to color match the kdca terminal buildings with the surroundings? the buildings as they are now are quite white and awfully bright.

I'm also getting a CTD anytime I get close to the KDCA area. I can load KIAD no problem. Which start menu are you referring to? Dev mode? Outside or inside sim? Exe? I have not been able to use this product for months now. Should this be taken down until its fixed? I would feel very cheated if I just bought this and wasn't able to use it- with no mention on ORBX about its inoperability- with all due respect- I really enjoy your products.

Did this fix it with the US world update installed? If it did I will try when I’m home. Curious to know if you tried to fly to KADW.

The area of CTD varies for users but everyone is getting it at KADW that I’ve seen on the forums. I think depending on the LOD settings, if you have a greater LOD set you get it further out but it seems the culprit is in the area of the airport. That’s why some users get it closer to the Washington Mall or KDCA and others are not, but haven’t heard of anyone being able to get to KADW without the CTD.

Have you tried flying into Andrew’s Air Force Base to see if you can replicate?

Hi. This was never reported and I believe the colors are matched well for the terminals.

The problem is - it isn't broken. Some customers report exactly the same behavior without KDCA/Landmarks installed.

Well hopefully Asobo fix it soon! As your scenery for Washington and KDCA is some of my favourite to fly from!

I'm guessing SU6 didn't provide the tools needed to bring back all the detail yet sadly?

All the details were already brought back with SU5 but the update wasn't published yet as jetways did not work correctly before SU6. Our update of KDCA should be published next week.
