Version 1.1?
Hello Stanislaw. I purchased Miami City X from PC Aviator and the version I have is 1.0, I noticed you say it is now 1.1. Where can I get this update?

Miami Seaplane Base
Hey, how are you guys. I'm the guy that made the X44 Miami Seaplane Base scenery as freeware. I bought your Miami 2012 scenery as soon as I knew it was released. I do have an issue with scenery conflict though.
I made an Exclude for the base so that the objects your team placed won't show, however the main buildings won't exclude along with them. Is there a way I can just remove the FBO buildings at X44. I thought an exclude would do the trick but it doesn't.

Alright, I'll take a look through them. I know if I remove the file AFX_X44_objects.bgl then it removes those buildings, but it also removes almost every object off of Dodge Island. I guess I may have to decompile that BGL and see if I can hand pick those building out of there. Thanks for the quick reply.

Well, I found the buildings using the object placement tool, but it's bad news for me. The buildings are part of an object that includes all of Watson Island buildings and the bridge. I wonder if I can mess with the textures, I'll figure something out I hope.

Here's some pictures in the mean time. Great scenery package for the seaplane pilot!
This is what I see on an evening arrival to X44...

Miami 2012 X
I recently purchased Miami City 2012 X for FSX and I love your product. Such Great Details - Congratulations indeed! There is one thing I noticed, and that is, that at night, most buildings don't show any lights at all, making the whole scenery look dark and obscure. It looks ike flying over a "ghost town" or a doomed city.
Is there any kind of fixing for this? Please let me know.
Thank you very much

Hello.
Unfortunately this is probably how it is - please compare with my official screenshots: http://www.drzewiecki-design.net/products.htm
Best regards

First of all, thanks for a quality product.
Then again you could add a piece of remarkable aviation history that this city is known about.
The present day Miami City Hall is not modelled (just a flat area) and that is a shame as it was the famous Pan Am terminal. Perhaps there would be freeware developer who could add it to the scenery. I wouldn´t mind if it would be in the shape of its former glory as an airport.
Here´s some photos of it: http://www.google.fi/search?q=miami+cit ... 80&bih=873
P.S. Any news from the X44?

Hello Ismo.
To maintain stability and good framerates, we have selected the largest/tallest objects in that area (just the same as in Warsaw project). The object mentioned by you is hardly visible from the air, as you can see on the photo below:
...and this is why it was not included in the scenery. Since I am not from Miami, it was hard for me to judge which objects are more important so modeling those "most visible" seemed to be the best way of doing the work. The only seaplane airport left is X44. Obviously I can model anything you wish but this will be treated as a separate commercial order.
