Some time ago I noticed the similar issue referring to Groundtraffic plugin, which was organized wrongly by the ORBX installer - in fact should be reorganized into the 32 and 64 bit folders so that the 64 bit x-plane finds the correct plugin for its architecture. In such the case reorganizing the plugin folder and removing the 32 bit groundtraffic plugin solved the problem.

I just installed Orbx TrueEarth Washington for X-Plane 11. They advise:

not compatible with TE Washington and will disable a large part of the scenery (showing default
terrain). This is due to a limitation in how meshes are distributed for X-Plane and bugs in the terrain
for the default KSEA Airport. However, the airports work with our mesh and the custom DD mesh
can be disabled if both products are used together.
I am on a Mac, X-Plane 11, and so doing a manual install. How do I disable the "custom DD mesh"?

I would really appreciate a folder structure screenshot indicating where the "Custom DD Mesh" resides, and Custom_scenery.ini example, or whatever I need to get the two products working together.

Thoughts?

I used Orbx TE Washington and DD Seattle Airpots together and following what the TE manual said, I disabled the ZZZ DD Seattle Airports XP Terrain. But I still have elevation issues some places around airports.

Hi, I'm afraid that it might be the compatibility issues / compromises as we've never worked on the compatibility with this addon. Maybe it's worth asking ORBX.

I am running X-Plane 11 on a Mac and downloaded Seattle Airports XP. I am very disappointed in the scenery, not at all as pictured in the web site screen shots. Two major stadiums are missing.

I followed install instructions and deleted the scenery_packs.ini file in the Custom Scenery directory. I edited my scenery_packs.ini file in the X-Plane directory as below. There is no Mesh file or Scenery file and those folders are not in the Custom Scenery directory.

Also below is the log.txt file

What is wrong?

Hi, can you explain with more details what is wrong? It should look like on the promo screenshots. Please post the screenshot from your sim, which allow us to see how does it look like in your sim.

Your screenshot shows the city while the package you purchased is Seattle Airports XP. Please show some screenshots of the included airports so we could see if the product has been installed correctly.

In case you purchased a wrong product and you actually wanted the city scenery, you need to contact the store where you have purchased the product from.

I wang to disabld ground traffic for all the airport besides boeing field co aka KBFI do i do this theres no plugin i cant find anything in seattle airports foldervin custom scenery

Why do you want to disable ground traffic? You can turn on or turn off static planes and photoground - only such features are available.

I installed Seattle Airports over X-Plane 12. Everything looks great to me.

One thing, however, struck me as odd. The last few lines in the apt.dat file identify a KS68 helicopter pad.

I live in the area and I don't think there is a pad there. What's more, is that it's placed so close to the threshold of 16R that when my plane is at that position, hitting tower view brings me to the pad and not the KPAE tower.

I edited the apt.dat file to remove the lines pertaining to KS68 so all is well for me.

Hi, thanks for your message. At the moment we cannot say anything more about your issue, especially as you are talking about XP12 - so far we haven't done any tests of our sceneries in XP12. We are considering making dedicated XP12 versions of our MSFS projects but this is not confirmed/decided yet.
