I downloaded the regular airport, then dragged and replaced the default files with the ones for no static aircraft. Then that happened

I'm having the same issue, how can I get the original installer if I got the product from the store? Willing to provide proof of payment.Airbus_737 wrote: ↑Friday 09 Aug 2024, 21:27 Hey, I downloaded the files to remove static aircraft. Unfortunately, those same files appear to have removed all of the jetway extensions. Any explanation please? https://prnt.sc/rkdRxPPWYLXO
Also, doing this cleared all parking assignments for AI traffic and did not add back the gates that were previously occupied by static AC.

Probably just try to log in and download the installer again. It should be available for you to download from your store account.pspfreak95 wrote: ↑Monday 23 Sep 2024, 21:54how can I get the original installer if I got the product from the store?

You need to elaborate, because it's not fully clear what you want to do. Previously you asked where you can get the installer if you got the product from the store. Now you claim that there is no installer in the org store. Have you purchased this product there? https://store.x-plane.org/KDCA-Washingt ... _1865.htmlpspfreak95 wrote: ↑Wednesday 25 Sep 2024, 19:15 Hi! Yes, I have already purchased that specific product from the store. My goal was to disable static aircraft from the scenery using the installer, however, the installer is not appearing for me in my order information, nor in the downloaded files. I hope this clarifies my issue.

If you tried this:
and you'd like to revert to the previous version incl. statics, please simply run the installer and install the scenery again.Martin_Starski wrote: ↑Monday 10 Jun 2024, 14:46
Please try the attached files to disable static aircrafts in KDCA.

Hi, we provide files to disable static planes again, this time with a hotfix to revert jetways extensions when "no static" option is installed.Martin_Starski wrote: ↑Monday 10 Jun 2024, 14:46Please try the attached files to disable static aircrafts in KDCA.Airbus_737 wrote: ↑Wednesday 05 Jun 2024, 22:29 I found no installer folder in my KDCA folder, how else should I get rid of the static aircraft?
