I used the tool called Scenery Config File Editor and it found some discrepancies related to this specific addon; this addon was installed in another addon's folder where it should not have been in the first place, and I corrected this with only a few mouse clicks and by editing some entries in the Config file that were incorrect and VOILA...problem solved
