Hello,

Just wanted to check if the elevation issues that I brought up previously are still on the to-do list? Not expecting anything immediate given the time of year and the release of MSFS2024 (I assume that'll be keeping you busy for a little bit) but just wanted to check it's not been forgotten :)

Hi. Yes - your report about an issue on taxiway A near the turnoff for A9 is noted and will be considered in due time, as well as some other reported issues.

Hi,

Just wanted to ask the progress of making all gates available? Terminal 2 Gates 92, 99, etc., are some of the gates that are not available for parking.

I've read somewhere in this thread that there's a plan to do so.

Hopefully it will be fixed in the next update, thanks!

We are already not working on this - I'm afraid new sim has created new challenges for us, which we need to face first. As soon as we find a time and resources to work on this product, this is one of the things to do.

Hi, can you confirm that you downloaded the file called RJAA_Tokyo_Narita_MSFS_v1.4.exe and when you start this exe file, nothing happens? No error message or any other reaction?

Hi, I have got what looks like double parking positions at RJAA. Is this as it should be?

No, it shouldn't. Don't you have any other scenery for this airport or region? You may try to isolate our scenery to find the conflicting add-on - go to the 'Community' folder and moveball add-ons except the one suspected conflicting one to a temporary folder. You can de-activate individual add-ons or groups of add-ons and then figure out whether the conflict is solved or not. This solution can help to determine whether the issue is with the specific add-on or a combination of a few add-ons.

Please also try to reinstall the scenery but firstly do some standard steps: remove "rolling cache", remove and rebuild SceneryIndexes and make sure that our scenery has a higher priority using the Package Reorder Tool.

Thanks for the reply.

I have no other scenery in Japan other than the original MSFS Japan World Update.

I don't use the rolling cache, so assume that can't be part of the problem. I have just tried an uninstall/reinstall with no change, still the double parking spots.

I'm assuming that the duplicated parking is the existing Asobo RJAA in the background but as it's not a hand-drawn default airport, presumably there's no way to disable it on its own.

Will take a look at the reorder tool and do some Community folder disabling over the coming days and get back with what I find.
