Glad to share. The #1 error I found is there were extra parenthesis (") in paths in the files. I found this very strange because they did not visibly show in the text within the UserCfg.opt files, but they showed when the installer ran and failed. When I deleted the paths and re-type them in manually, both files worked fine. It's almost as though they were "hidden" text, but I do not know how.

Evening,

When I try to install MDW for FS2020 via ORBX, it instantly installs in the app. But there's no folder or no scenery in-sim. And, if I verify files, it says that a bunch of files are missing. Re-verifying does not fix it. Any thoughts?

Got a folder now, but it still says files are missing even after verifying.

I'm afraid Orbx has own installer, so it's difficult for us to guess what might be wrong there. I suggest asking Orbx via the forum directly.

I'm considering purchasing the MDW Scenery. Has it been updated to show 31R as closed?

We've rolled out a major overhaul of KMDW Midway with its new 2025 airport layout. I recommend following our Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/drzewieckidesign

Fantastic. It looks like 13C/31C will be renamed to 13L/31R in the near future (I think Feb 20). Will that be change be available at the time?

Thank you!

It's hard to say at the moment - it's not decided yet.

I probably won't bother with a purchase if there won't be accurate runway numbers for the updated runway layout. Thank you for the info.

We are already prepared to provide the updated version, however, it will not be released until it is officially introduced at the airport and on charts.
