Re: RJAA Tokyo Narita P3D
Can you elaborate? You'd like to remove our custom jetways from our scenery?

If you want to replace our jetways with GSX jetways, you probably need to delete the specific .sdx files in the SODE folder.

I am not a computer geek, can you please tell me where to find specific files because I could not find "RJAA.sdx" Attached is what I found so far. There is no RJAA.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: RJAA Tokyo Narita P3D
Darrell, none of our P3D products include static jetways.
To enable fully dynamic jetways, please use the SODE - SimObject Display Engine module.
This is the recommended solution, as it provides a stable and realistic implementation fully integrated with the scenery.
Please note that replacing parts of the scenery (such as jetways) with third-party alternatives may lead to instability and unintended issues, including incorrect collision meshes, overlapping objects or vehicles (e.g. jetways intersecting terminal buildings), and improper parking or docking logic.
For this reason, configurations where default scenery elements are replaced by GSX jetways are outside the scope of our support. Once scenery components are overridden, their behavior becomes the responsibility of the third-party add-on, and we are no longer able to reliably diagnose or resolve resulting issues.
We strongly recommend using GSX for ground services and vehicles only, while keeping the original jetways provided with the scenery, as intended.
