It might be caused by the other scenery interfering with our scenery, or these gates are typically occupied by the static planes.

As a default - removing the static planes doesn't activate all stands/gates. Have you already tried this? (It will not work if your scenery is from the Marketplace)

This file activated all stands and jetways at the airport (for use with static aircraft disabled) except for C88.

The file goes to Community\drzewieckidesign-kewr\scenery .

Using this file in 2024 made all the terminals disappear

I'm sure we have discussed this before.
If you want to use the 'without statics' file provided in MSFS 2024 you need to edit the layout.json file.
The installed version has this.

It needs changing to this

},

From what I can see the without statics file is larger.
I suspect that if the size in the layout.json file is smaller than the actual file size the file isn't loaded.

I'm a beta tester at ORBX so this is based on my experience with the ORBX install but I believe it applies to installs from any source.

Hi so this is my first time posting here in the forums im not sure if im doing it right but i installed the file to enable the remaining gates and this happened
So I tried to install the file that enables all the jetways that were occupied by the static aircrafts and now all the buildings are missing

Thank you for the screenshot.

From what we see, the main KEWR airport package is not loading correctly. The apron is visible, but the terminal buildings and major structures are missing. This usually indicates either a package conflict or an installation structure issue.

Before we proceed, we need to clarify your setup.

Please confirm:

• Are you on PC or Xbox?
• Where did you purchase KEWR? (Marketplace / Orbx / SimMarket / other)
• Do you use GSX?

The next steps depend on this information.

If you are on PC and installed from Orbx / SimMarket (Community folder install):
------------------------------------------------------------

Most likely causes:

• Cartayna files were copied into the main KEWR folder
• layout.json was overwritten
• Duplicate KEWR versions exist
• GSX is suppressing objects

Please check:

1) In your Community folder, you should have:

• drzewiecki-design-airport-kewr (main airport)
• cartayna-kewr-config (separate folder)

The Cartayna files must NOT overwrite the original KEWR folder.

2) Temporarily remove the Cartayna folder and restart the simulator.

3) Temporarily disable GSX (rename its folder) and test again.

4) Ensure there is only ONE KEWR installed.

If unsure, the safest solution:

• Remove KEWR and Cartayna from Community
• Restart the simulator
• Reinstall KEWR from your store
• Confirm airport loads correctly
• Then install Cartayna again as a separate folder

If you purchased via MSFS Marketplace (PC or Xbox):
------------------------------------------------------------

Important:
Marketplace installations do NOT use the Community folder in the same way, and files should not be manually modified.

If you attempted to install the Cartayna config into a Marketplace version, this can break the package.

In that case:

• Remove any manually added KEWR-related folders from Community
• Open Content Manager
• Uninstall KEWR
• Restart simulator
• Reinstall KEWR from Marketplace

On Xbox:

• Third-party config modifications are not supported
• Only Marketplace content should be installed
