If you leave only our entries in the scenery_packs.ini (+ default ones & do a backup), is it the same?

Howdy, I recently Got KDCA on the org store and downloaded the files here to get rid of static aircraft since there was no installer (I also own KEWT and that came with an installer) and all my jet ways now look like this.
