I seem to be getting building overlap (see screenshot). I noticed it at the White House - a wall blocking parts of the building where I don't think there should be a wall (see screenshot). I was going to move the scenery up the chain in the content.xml file, but I can't find it in there. I also purchased Reagan National airport, and can't find that in the content.xml file either (I'm used to moving scenery up the chain in that file in order to resolve conflicts). Both were purchased via the MSFS Marketplace/Steam during the Drzewiecki Design sale (couldn't resist). This anomaly prevents me from entering the oval office and seeing the president. For relaxation between flights I often switch to a few games on mostbet app apk download which helps me unwind.

I also saw another anomaly at the Washington Monument when I first ran the sim after scenery install (didn't get a screenshot of that one). The monument was covered in what appeared to be building windows. Weird.

Anyway, any suggections or fixes would be appreciated. Maybe the president just didn't want to see me.

Hey, welcome! What you’re describing sounds like a classic scenery conflict issue in MSFS. When you purchase add-ons from the Marketplace or Steam, they often don’t show up in your content.xml the same way manual installs do—Microsoft handles those in a hidden, package-based system, which is why you can’t find them there.

For building overlaps, the usual method of moving entries in content.xml won’t work for Marketplace/Steam content. Instead, you have a few options:

Check the Community folder – If you’ve manually installed anything there, conflicts can occur. Try temporarily moving all other add-ons out of the folder and see if the problem persists.

Scenery priorities – Some add-ons let you adjust scenery priorities via the in-sim “Manage Packages” settings. Make sure your Reagan National or White House add-ons are up to date and correctly installed.

Reinstall / repair – Sometimes just repairing or reinstalling the Marketplace content resolves weird overlaps.

Report the issue – If it persists, it could be a bug in the add-on itself, especially if you’re seeing walls or textures in the wrong places. Drzewiecki Design has a support channel for that.

Hopefully one of these fixes will let you enter the Oval Office without any wall in the way!

One more thing you might try is clearing the rolling cache before testing again, i’ve had scenery conflicts that looked like add on bugs but were really just cached geometry refusing to refresh until I wiped it

what is the issue?

We checked this scenery with all Asobo add-ons a few times.

Have you tried to remove V1?
Do you have the last version of World Update II, X and City Update IX?

MLK was available even without the updates or without CU IX.

Please also make sure that you have no conflicting scenery.

Yes I disabled V1. Yes I have all world and city updates updated. it streams to 2024 so it;s always updated. yes, I checked for conflicting packages and disabled. and MLK does not appear still
