I see no market for that - especially since there already is an add-on with some NY buildings available (Samscene).

I feel like the Washington Landmarks package would greatly benefit from some added features of National Harbor, Maryland. Approaching from the south is missing large buildings like the prominent MGM National Harbor hotel & casino along I495 and the tall illuminated Ferris wheel at the water.
