We are happy to announce that a new version v2.0 of our popular freeware product Drzewiecki Design Grass has been released. We have implemented many new fixes but the main difference is that it currently supports FS2004 too. Default FS9's grass is 128x128pix and with Drzewiecki Design Grass you can admire the 1024x1024 ground texture resolution.
As in all previous versions it is extremely easy to switch textures back to those original. Read more at http://www.drzewiecki-design.net/prodDD_GrassX.htm . Have fun!

I downloaded from Avsim today and installed following instructions, but the installer seems to be installing the default grass textures, although I select the Summer ones.
Using P3Dv3.2 on Win 10 (laptop) and P3Dv3.2 on Win 7 (desktop). In both machines it happen the same.
Cheers,
Ed

I have the latest version of the installer and it placed the the detail1.bmp in my stock FS9 located in C drive. Your grass texture is an excellent addition to the sim's scenery.
However, installing the texture in my two other FS9 installs have failed. These versions are installed on D drive which the Drzewiecki Design installer will not locate. In both of these cases, I manually placed the detail1.bmp in the Scenery/world/Texture folder, but the new texture does not display. The D drive versions are Golden Wings3 and Silver Wings conversions. I appreciate any help in resolving the display issue. Thank you.
