Hi, it seems that there was something changed by Laminar and we have to identify the cause of problem.
In EPLL the issue is confirmed but in KPAE taxing looks fine or maybe it applies to specific area / location. Are you maybe able to record the video or let us know if the problem occur at all taxiways?

Hi.
Please make sure that your scenery_packs.ini file is correctly rebuilt. The entries should be in the alphabetical order. You may try backing up the file and removing it so it could be rebuilt by the sim.
In our tests our products work in 11.30 just the same as in previous versions.

Sorry - we are still really busy with the other projects. We are the developer, who updates the sceneries very often and not only because of bugs. But we have very limited number of hands to work and we must remember about "staying in business".

Have you thought about "keeping previous business?" People may not buy any of the new sceneries because this one is still messed up almost 2 years later. Floating buildings, missing buildings, roads and highways that are screwed up.
I guess it doesn't matter though, there's enough new customers, so previous sceneries with bugs can be ignored, push out new airports/cities with bugs, collect the cash and run. Customers can't do anything about it and Dr. Z developers are laughing to the bank. Thanks guys.

gromero83, please note that we are doing our best for the existing customers and we definitely do not "collect the cash and run" as you have stated.

- with "photoreal ON" the buildings are not visible

I can appreciate the need of a small group of individuals to "stay in business," and updating buggy scenery doesn't help pay bills. To be fair, if I were a designer, I don't know if I would do things differently, especially if this was my primary source of income.
But, to the consumer, it gets frustrating. I'm watching, as we speak, another major XP11 scenery designer who will go nameless turn their projects into abandonware, and I see the same for aircraft designers. I see questions going unanswered, projects disintegrate, and more and more, I've seen the famous last words "in a future update" turn into total radio silence. To your credit, I will say Drzewiecki Design is at least communicative which is appreciated, but I do wish 1.5 year old bugs would be addressed before developing, for example, static aircraft models. I don't think it's unreasonable to prioritize a considerable 1.5 year old bug. But, I don't know what really goes on behind the scenes...and, again, I am just one consumer, speaking for just myself... but I know I'm not the only one who feels this way. It's a shame when talking about a payware designer you begin the sentence with "They put out a good product," but have to qualify the sentence with a hesitant "BUT..."

Hello. Bought Seattle City XP two days ago and installed it today, however it doesn't work. I've tried to intall it two times using the installer and another time doing the manual installation, none of the worked. When I select my aircraft and start the flight ( tried in KBFI and KSEA) the scenery starts loading. The aircraft loads fine, but when the scenery starts loading the simulator crashes and closes. What am I doing wrong? My has a I5-9600K, 16GB RAM and a RTX 2070, so hardware isn't the problem. Please help!

Which version was indicated by the installer?
Have you rebuilt scenery_packs.ini after the installation?
Can you please attach the zip file here including both logs.txt and scenery_packs.ini file?
Definitely we will do our best to help you solving the problem as the sceneries should work and shouldn't crash the sim.

I don't get any error mesage. When I start a new flight in KSEA(for exemple) there is the load screen. The aircraft loads fine, however when It says "Reading new scenery files", It stays there for 1 minute and then the simulator crashes. The first time I tried to install, using the installer, It deleted my scenery.ini in the end of the installation, so I had to rebuild my scenery.ini. Today I made a backup from my scenery.ini(just in case something bad happen), and ran the installer again, however the files didn't show up in the custem scenery folder, yesterday they did. So I tried the manual installation. The first time I deleted the scenery.ini, the manual says I should do It, however didn't work. I tried the manual install again, this time editing the scenery.ini, but didn't work either. I live in Brazil and my time zone is completely different from yours, so I will only be able to send you the files you asked in 12 hours. Thanks for helping me!

As you can see, x-plane says that it crashed because it is out of memory and I should turn down my graphics. My rendering settings are: Visual effects High(HDR) Texture Quality High Antialising 4x SSAA+FXAA
Number of World objects High Reflection Detail Minimal. Draw Shadows on scenery OFF. I started a flight with the Laminar default B58 in SBSP Congonhas Airport, this airport is situaded in the middle of São Paulo, and I use MegaSaoPaulo, which is a very heavy city scenery for São Paulo and region, and got 48 FPS(with xEnviro). I turned down my resolution settings to : Visual Effects High(HDR) Texture Medium
Antialising 2x SSAA+FXAA Scenery objects Medium Reflection Minimal Shadows OFF, selected the B58 again and tried to start a flight in KBFI and the simulator still crashed in the loading screen.
I have 16gb of RAM 3200MHz, and a RTX2070 (8GB VRAM) Most of my scenery files are installed in a M.2 SSD, so hardware isn't a problem. What is wrong with my simulator?

Number of World objects High Reflection Detail Minimal. Draw Shadows on scenery OFF. I started a flight with the Laminar default B58 in SBSP Congonhas Airport, this airport is situaded in the middle of São Paulo, and I use MegaSaoPaulo, which is a very heavy city scenery for São Paulo and region, and got 48 FPS(with xEnviro). I turned down my resolution settings to : Visual Effects High(HDR) Texture Medium
Antialising 2x SSAA+FXAA Scenery objects Medium Reflection Minimal Shadows OFF, selected the B58 again and tried to start a flight in KBFI and the simulator still crashed in the loading screen.
I have 16gb of RAM 3200MHz, and a RTX2070 (8GB VRAM) Most of my scenery files are installed in a M.2 SSD, so hardware isn't a problem. What is wrong with my simulator?

As there are a lot of textures in Seattle, can you try to lower setting of texture quality and see if there is any difference?
