Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
I have just loaded Washington Landmarks. The Oval Office, helo on the lawn and the 747 at Andrews are missing. I have the update specified and have tried reloading. Any ideas?

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Our scenery should look like on the product page and our screenshots.
Have you tried to prioritize our scenery via the package reorder tool? As far as I remember, there was some conflicts with a default MSFS sceneries dedicated for US, for example with microsoft-usa-point-of-interest. I would try to find the cause of your problem here.
But If it doesn't help, please share the screenshot that we will be able to see what is visible in your environment.

Tried changing priority, which had no effect. Current level is zero.MikeT wrote: ↑Friday 01 Dec 2023, 21:58OK, I will give it a try. Thanks.Martin_Starski wrote: ↑Friday 01 Dec 2023, 07:08 Our scenery should look like on the product page and our screenshots.

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Your screen seems to be from the other part of the White House. The Oval Office is a low building on the right side - the interior is there.
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
OK, I checked the right building, but interior still not seen. Moving scenery priority has no effect. Seaking and 747 still not seen. Even though MSFS is up to date, could this be an ASOBO issue?

Can you share the screenshot from the right building? What does it look like? Sorry but so far no-one reported a similar problem.

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Agreed, it is the default. None of the Landmark scenery is visible, yet the folder is visible in the Community folder the content manager says that it is installed and there is a dat file in the SceneryIndexes folder. Moving the scenery priority number has no effect.
I have installed hundreds of other sceneries before without problem. I have run MSFS with my other sceneries disabled to no effect.
The installed folder is 1.75GB, 486 files and 18 folders.

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Have you tried to do some standard steps solving some MSFS issues:
- remove "rolling cache"
- remove and rebuild SceneryIndexes
- make sure that our scenery has a higher priority using the Package Reorder Tool
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
I removed the rolling cache. The other two items I had tried previously.

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Any result? After doing all these steps have you tried to reinstall the scenery? It's really hard to understand why it's not working in your particular case.
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
No joy.
As part of the download process I was given a link to a registration key. As I downloaded through simmarket, no registration was requested. Do I need the key if the file is already in my community folder?

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Hi.
1. Make sure you have both World Updates installed.
2. Make sure that our product has a higher priority (Package Reorder Tool).
It has to work.
