MSFS Has released City Update 9 "North Eastern United States" which includes Washington and some of the scenery done by Drzewiecki Design.

Wondering if anyone has tried it enabled with the Washington Landmarks to see if there are any issues / dupliactes?

I have tried right Now and there is issue between Washington Landmarks and City Update 9, the issue is texturing conflict on part of DD KDCA airport and conflict too with City Update 9 Washington town textures!
I have uninstalled City Update 9 because of this and hope we will have an update for DD KDCA and DD Washington landmarks.
Waiting for an answer from the developper here..
Regards.

Thanks for your report. Can you share some screenshots showing the issues?

Not my photo, another user shared on MSFS forums but you can see the colour change at the end of the field under the aircraft

Can you do me a favor and check what it looks like with uninstalled KDCA and Washington Landmarks? We didn't do CGL, everything that is under the Ground is a default Sim.

The airport looks fine  Maybe priority order!?

However we see some inconsistencies in the city that need to be adjusted. But we need some time and resources to do so.

Aside from the texture problem (basically grass around the White House and The Mall looking brown), I see some people is starting to wonder if DD Washington Landmarks is necessary at all anymore.

Unfortunately changing the priority order didn't fix the issue for me.

We will take a look at it when we find a time. Part of the team is working on the new projects, and the other part is focused on the holiday season, which we already have.

I just wanted to know if there will be a update to this scenery to reflect President Trump and Vice President Vance in the Oval office of the White House, following the Inaugeration Ceremony next January, 2025? Pete

I just flew the DC tour. I have to say Drzieiwecki's is way better plus KDCA. I hope he can make it where we can install it to 2024. Thanks.
