Washington Landmarks MSFS
Latest version: v1.3 (2022)
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Can now confirm it also happens at Seatle with the Seatle Monuments installed, hope you guys can fix this. So sad I had to uninstall them for now
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
And it also happens at Chicago with the Chicago Landmarks Pack
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
I'm not getting any CTDs on PC, which is good, but I'm not seeing any trees at all on the National Mall area of Washington DC after installing WU X. It looks fine without the DC Landmarks Pack installed. I tried resetting the rolling cache and that didn't seem to fix the issue. Anyone else seeing this?

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Does our scenery have higher priority than WU X in your case? Have you tried to reinstall our package?
Thanks - noted.
Thanks - we got such reports for Xbox versions indeed. Unfortunately it's not that easy to make a testing for Xbox version as it requires the involvement of a third party, but obviously we will take a look.

Thank you
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
I believe the scenery is higher than WU X in the content.xml file, yes. Is "fs-base-coverage-map-us2-tin" WU X?Martin_Starski wrote: ↑Thursday 16 Jun 2022, 17:37Does our scenery have higher priority than WU X in your case? Have you tried to reinstall our package?
And yes, I have tried reinstalling the mod a couple times. Still no luck.

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
I honestly didn't know that! I just tried the pack at the very bottom of the list, reset the rolling cache again, but I'm still having the same issue unfortunately.Martin_Starski wrote: ↑Friday 17 Jun 2022, 08:06Just to make sure - you know that the lower on the list, the higher the priority is, right?
Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
I also have the No Trees issue at the White House and all along the length of the Mall and have tried several things without success. Does anyone have trees with WU X and this addon? By the way my version came from Orbx.

Thanks a lot - we will take a look into this.

I'm sure you will, as usual. Thank you very much.
In the meanwhile, I won't uninstall your Landmarks, but World Update X instead!!

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
Hi.
Please ensure that custom products are on top of Asobo products - otherwise, they will not be displayed correctly. You can manually change the priority list, which is located in the Content.xml file in [username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator folder (the lower on the list the higher the priority is). This is true for all custom-made packages. Please note that this cannot be done on Xbox.
Regarding Xbox CTDs, please look at the main page's information.

Re: Washington Landmarks MSFS
My Content.XML is located in a different folder: "C:\Users\<>\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache". Your scenery is on top of Asobo (i.e. lower in the file mentioned below "fs-base-coverage-map-us2-tin"), Rolling Cache deleted, and yet, I still have the same issue others have noted, most notably no trees in the Mall as well as problem in rendering Jefferson Memorial correctly.
I'm not sure how your screenshots look correct!
Thanks.
