Hi! As it's stated at the red notification on the main forum page - it seems to be the issue that must be solved by the sim developer. As soon as there is anything that can be solved by us, we will do this immediately.

Hi.
There is nothing to be updated - only a sim update can fix that. Please contact MS for more details - in this case, we cannot do anything, unfortunately.

Hey guys,

I noticed a slight lighting issue concerning jetways that are connected to terminal 2 (terminal 1 and 3 are not affected by this issue). I've noticed it only really seems to affect jetways that are connected to aircraft but the jetways will light up really brightly in an unnatural way compared to other jetways. It only goes away if I zoom out a fair distance. I just thought I'd check if it was just me or if this is something I should report. I've attached some screenshots to show what I mean.

Hi. It looks like there might be missing some night jetway textures. We tested our installer and eveything was working fine. But maybe we need to check it again after the last changes of MSFS.
Is it a PC version?
From which store have you bought it?
Have you tried to do the clean install?
And last but not least - can you check if you have the following files?

Hey,

Yes, this is the PC version that I purchased from Orbx.
I've had a look and it appears the files are there (jetway files and static file), I even reinstalled the airport to be sure.
I've highlighted the files that I assume you mean from the texture folder. Very strange that it only really seems to do that if I get close enough to them. From far back, they go back to normal.
I think it's only those three jetways too as far as I can tell.

Also it may not be relevant but the jetways in all the other Drzewiecki Design airports I own appear to be fine. It's only Narita that seems to be the one with this particular issue. Very strange.

Thanks for sharing - we confirm this issue and we will do our best to fix it. But currently we are still trying to find the solution.

Glad to know I'm not the only one. Thanks for looking into it! Hopefully a solution can be found. In the meantime, I wonder if just removing the offending static aircraft and jetways would be workaround? Perhaps they could be replaced with regular animated jetways for now?

If not, no worries. I can wait haha.

I found some additional glitches with the textures at night in several areas of the airport. You can find a few images in the imgur album below.

At least... I believe they're glitches. I don't think this looked like this when I first observed the airport. Could you please look into it?

Those were there from the beginning.
Definitely, something to be fixed later.

Guess I don't fly at night enough. But glad you're planning to fix it. Thanks.
