Yes, excluding the particular airporr from GSX Pro jetway list should resolve the issue.

Hello,

I disabled static aircraft:

However, there are still many gates that cannot be selected and are not available for AI aircraft as well:

Is there any way to get a full version with all gates and working jetways available?

Hi, some stands might not be available because the statics standardly occupy them. However, we are considering adding the option to make all stands available in the future - I will note it on a to-do list.

Hello I just purchased the airport scenario via sim market. However when I installed, I found that the default Narita is coexisting with the scenario, for example there will be 2 stand can be choose in one apron. And when I use gsx to call the jetbridge, the bridge will come from the starboard side. It is normal or what should I do to deactivate the default airport? Thank you so much.

Please exclude RJAA from GSX Pro jetway list and it should resolve the issue.

Hello, I just wanted to report an issue on taxiway A near the turnoff for A9. Looks like a bit of a dip. Might be a bit tricky to spot in the screenshots but hopefully that helps.

Thanks, I will note and we will take a look. Do you have any other sceneries impacting this area? Have you tried to set priority to see if there is any difference?

I can confirm that I don't have any other scenery installed in the Narita area.

Thanks. It's noted - when we start working on the updated version, we will check it too.

I purchased from ORBX and unchecked the static aircraft option in settings, but I still see the static aircraft in FS

Hi, Orbx has its own installer/scenery config, which we do not influence. Please report it to Orbx directly.

I have reported it directly to ORBX [SD]

ORBX wrote:We've tested RJAA and everything seems to be working correctly. The control panel allows us to select and un-select the static aircraft and we get the expected results.

One thing I would point out is that there could be default AI traffic enabled in the traffic settings. This happened to one of our testers today.

Regardless, control panel options are 100% working as intended so any issue the user is facing could be something else entirely.

Will we be able to explore the parts of the RJAA terminal with interior modelling with the MSFS 2024 walk-around mode?

Currently the drone camera cannot enter the terminal interiors at RJAA due to collisions being used.
