But what is the point of having "no statics" option if it just removes the visual thing without actually making the gates usable, like the "no statics" option always did and supposed to be used? :D
It is just like giving an uninstaller that removes the scenery but leaves all the collision boxes from the custom terminal buildings.

The point is to give users, who do not wish to see static aircraft, a basic version without them. I am afraid we will not develop several versions of each product per customers' preferences. What we can do is simply remove the static aircraft library from the sim, that is all. The gates are perfectly usable, you can taxi there without any limits. We do not use collision boxes on our models since the attack on the World Trade Center.

Many jetways are nonfunctional, please address the issue. They just are completely static. The game recognizes they are there but they don't move

Hi! I don’t know if you guys have been informed of this so I’m just gonna do it in case. When programming my arrivals into DCA only 3 of the arrivals show up and they’re duplicated 2 or 3 times. It’s kinda frustrating to get a STAR in my flight plan I can’t put into it haha. Hope you guys can fix!

Hi, sorry but the scenery has nothing to do with the navigational data in your plane. You need to update it separately if necessary or report the issue to Asobo.

Hi,

I have noticed that, ever since I toggled the static aircraft off one time, I have never been able to see them again, even when I toggle them on. I purchased DCA, MDW, and RNT through the ORBX store. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, no fix. Everything else is intact. Any help would be appreciated.

Can confirm that I have the same issue with all of your sceneries brought on ORBX store.

Guys, ORBX installers are built by ORBX - we only provide them with our source files. Please be so kind to report this issue via the ORBX forum as the first step. If you don't get any support, we will intervene.

So does that mean that the issues with the static aircrafts is an ORBX issue rather than a Drzewiecki Design issue?

Correct. That is an issue with the installer, not the models.

I reached out to ORBX. They said to reinstall. However, that did not solve the problem. Awaiting further assistance.

Is there the possibility that SU10 broke the KDCA_Static.bgl file?

We've got response from ORBX
In both instances the control panel is merely switching off and on the KDCA_Static.BGL and KMDW_Static.BGL files as requested by DD.
Both of the files are model library files and don't contain any placement information so I suggest that they are contacted directly as to why their files don't appear to be working.
