I'm not sure which file you mean, but if you have the Marketplace version, it's not possible to replace any files from us.

for gsx. correct me if im wrong but i think it requires a .bgl file from the scenery to work?

If we talk about MSFS, there is nothing like a separate file with an AFCAD. But generally it should read our scenery layout without any issues. If don't, please contact GSX developer. If you want to use all features of GSX Pro, we recommend Cartayna: viewtopic.php?p=27434&hilit=Cartayna#p27434

pls help. idk why but the jetways are going into the terminal. i dont think its gsx cause i clicked the disable jetway replacement button on the installer. anyone know why?

Hi, I've never met with a similar issue. This is a PC version, right? Don't you have any other addon generating the jetways (despite the GSX)? Any other scenery maybe? Please try to temporarily disable all other addons to see if there is any difference. You can also try to assign a higher priority to our scenery using the package reorder tool. Let us know about the result.

this is the pc version and i double checked and i did disable the jetways in gsx. are there any solutions or no?

Sometimes GSX does not disable the jetways even if you mark them as disabled.

I have constant CTD when using this product. I have researched the issue and removed the recommended file. My CTDs continue. I am able to load the airport, but CTD on takeoff. I am using the latest version of MSFS and KDCA.

Hi, the PC version or Xbox? Have you tried to reduce the graphic settings - any difference? We don't observe similar reports. CTD might have been caused by different things - sim settings, AI traffic addon, GPU drivers or MSFS update. Any other sceneries that might have an impact on this region? You may try to deactivate all the add-ons in the "Community" folder and keep our scenery active only to see if any other addons interfere with our scenery.

I am using the PC version, no AI traffic addon, I use KIAD and am able to fly from there with no issues. I will try your suggested recommendation s and report.
