Definitely, there is something wrong with the Orbx installer - this product should look like on our product screenshots.

Orbx builds its own installers based on our source files - generally, there shouldn't be any config options and thus the static planes should be there by default. If they are not there, something must be corrected by Orbx. But - as you got the answer below - of course, we can try to support you in reporting this issue to Orbx. Can you just provide me with 1-2 screenshots showing how it looks in your case? And please provide your customer ID or anything that can help them to identify you as their customer. Hello, I initiated the conversion in iniManager to transfer KRNT in simmarket to iniManager, I submitted my application on August 29th and have not received any response so far

Hi, I was also missing the PAPI lights and finally found this file.

Please, can you clarify where to install this file (and its folder)? I bought your scenery through the official MSFS Marketplace, I tried to copy the file in these 2 folders, but it did not work:

Packages\Official\OneStore\drzewieckidesign-krnt\scenery\KRNT Renton MSFS
Packages\Community\KRNT_PLC

I restarted MSFS each time after copying the file to these folders.

Hi, can you let me know from which store do you have your version? It might not work in the case of the version from the Marketplace because it has a separate installer with its own file naming. In such a case it's necessary to wait for the next updated version of the scenery.

Hi, Martin, as I wrote I directly bought from MSFS Marketplace, so not a 3rd party store. It looks like they distribute v1.1 of your scenery, do you have plan to update there and when? Else would it work better if I bought from a 3rd party store like aerosoft? Or do you recommend one specially for ease of manual update in situations like this?

Marketplace has its naming of the files, so our file cannot overwrite any Marketplace files. It works with our installers for sure. I will check when do we plan to make the update but even then it will be necessary to wait a little bit for it to be updated in the Marketplace. Let me think if there is any workaround.

A temporary solution, that came to my mind, is transferring your Marketplace license to f/e iniBuilds.
https://forms.inibuilds.com/order-transfer - in such case, you should be able to use different options as well the fix should probably work.

thanks for the advice ! just applied on their web site. unfortunately i cannot find the exact order number they request from my microsoft as i only ever buy flight sim credits, not directly an item. we will see.
