Sorry but this is entirely up to the Marketplace team. We provide all stores with our new sceneries or updated versions at the same time. In the case of Marketplace it should take 3-5 weeks (in the past it was even longer).

I see there is a update to version 2 that is not available through inibuilds. I downloaded the file for the update. What do I do with the folder.

I bought KPAE trough SimMarket. They only have V1 available. I see 1.2 is out. How do I get the latest version????

As per my knowledge, the v1.1 is the latest and it is available via Simmarket indeed.

At the risk of being impatient, this came out a few months ago and still is not showing up on the Microsoft MSFS store. Do I need to give up on any hope of buying it there (to get the xbox and pc version at the same time) and just buy through a 3rd party like ORBX, or will this ever make it to the official marketplace?

I'm afraid this is something that we do not have much influence on. However we might try to figure out what's the status. Deciding on the Marketplace you need to be patient and be ready for the lack of individual configuration of the scenery (at least for now). We leave the choice to our users.
