Re: New York City XP
I solved it !!! Removed the Orthos with WED for the two .dsf files. Works perfect!

Everything is described in the manual that is attached to the zip file : https://www.dropbox.com/s/f05sscvyrwldw ... h.pdf?dl=0
Re: New York City XP
I just downloaded NYC XP to my Mac. I don't understand the install instructions. The "Installation.txt" file says "Simply the the extracted DD_NY_City_XP folder into / custom scenery of X-Plane." Does that mean put the full folder into the custom scenery folder? That folder contains several subfolders:
DD_NY_City_XP Documents
Earth nav data
objects
phototerrain
and two text files: installation.txt and version.txt.
SO all of those would also be in the custom scenery folder?
In the NY_CITY_XP_MANUAL.pdf install instructions it just says "For manual install please refer to “Mac and Linux manual install” files attached to the product. They provide a detailed instruction on the manual install of the product. The automatic (Windows only) install requires only to remove conflicting products from the sim." I don't know what that means.

Will the two white tanks be modelled and added to aid the Expressway Visual approach into KLGA rwy 31?

Hi.
They were added... but probably in the P3D version only.
When this product is updated, we will add those models too.

Re: New York City XP
Hello All,
I have just recently downloaded the New York City scenery upgrade and cannot seem to get it to work properly. This has happened to me before with the New York Airports scenery package, however, I got that file fixed. Can anyone help me get this scenery to work?
Thank you so much,
James

Re: New York City XP
Hi James,
What does it mean? Is it partially visible or nothing appears in the sim? We need more details.
Have you installed manually based on zip file or automatically via exe installer?
Which version have you installed?
Have you rebuilt scenery_packs.ini after this?
What is your "number of objects" setting in XP?
Please also attach your log.txt file and scenery_packs.ini. You can attach them here compressed to the zip file.
Re: New York City XP
Hi,
I have doubled up bridges with NYC Vol 2. I have NY Airports vol 1 and 2 installed and everything looks correct except the bridges. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi, thanks - this has been already reported and is on to-do list.
Just in case - can you share your scenery_packs.ini and log.txt files here? (you can attach them here as zip file)

Re: New York City XP
I have found a solution by removing the folder X-Plane Landmarks - New York from the Custom Scenery folder. This fixed the double bridge issue. I don't see any other issues with this folder removed since New York City XP has all the landmarks that are in that folder. Thanks.
