I have v2.0. How do I update to new version?

Hello. Have P3Dv5.2 and want to upgrade to P3Dv5.4
It recommends uninstall v5.2 client & scenery and install v5.4 client & scenery
Is there any issue?
PS: have Seattle and Warsaw too

Just bought this product from ORBX and installed it through ORBX Central. Everything went smoothly.
Run P3Dv5, placed QW787-8 in gate 55, tried to attach jetways using GSX option but there was a written message showing that no AFCAD could be found.
