Hello!
I bought this scenery on the marketplace but can't get to the options. Is there a way to transfer the license out of the marketplace? I don't see an option for your dev team in the inibuilds store anymore.

EDIT: I also have the KEWR scenery that I'd like to transfer too, if possible.

I'm afraid it's not possible anymore.

Correct, we do not offer license transfers anymore for operational reasons.

Hello,

I am sure that the install procedure for zip files is posted somewhere but I cannot find it. Kindly explain how to install both KDCA and DC Landmarks zip files.

Yes, I understand that I unzip them into my community folder, I am wondering if I have to go to Content Manager to uninstall KDCA or any scenery packages before installing your product?

Thank you.

Hi! This depends - where did you get the ZIP files from?

Many of my jetways are not working, is this normal? Bought from inibuilds.

Hi, which version have you installed?

In v1.4 we fixed the docking issues. This update fixed all animated jetways, which became not operational due to former sim updates, but it was in 2023. There are 60 stands in KDCA but 7-8 are inactive because they are occupied by static aircraft.

I bought both KDCA and Washington Landmarks from ORBX lat week. Both sceneries are missing textures. The Airport Scenery lacks some runway textures and the entire roof texture. Landmarks lacks the complete Building textures. De- and Re-installed both sceneries. Just plain white areas. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance, Frank

Hi Frank.

Not sure what to suggest I'm afraid. I have the ORBX versions (I'm a beta tester for them) and, in both FS2020 and FS2024, am seeing the same as I see on the product pages.
Some of the roofs at the airport do seem quite light but they are definitely textured. The runways look fine.
Where textures are missing you see rather horrible pinkish squares.
The only place I see that is on ASOBO POI's in MSFS2024 near the Capitol but that's an issue with the default scenery.

First thing I'd do, if you are seeing something different from the product page screenshots, is checking what things look like with these being the only sceneries in the community folder.

All the best,

John

Dear Frank, can you post some screenshots, please? Otherwise, it's hard to understand where the problem is.
But firstly, please let us know if you did some basic steps before you tried to reinstall the scenery:

-> Clear SceneryIndexes Cache - the simulator will rebuild the indexes automatically during the next start.
-> Set the scenery priority
-> Isolation of conflicting add-on

Is DCA 2024 compatible? I absolutely love this scenery, worked beautifully in 2020. But with 2024 my performance tanks to mid 10's FPS, very stuttery.

Is it PC or Xbox? Which version have you installed and from which store? We didn't observe such an issue in msfs2024 - do you have the same settings and addons like you had in msfs2020?
