I have that issue now. Ive bought EPWA through Ini Maneger and everytime i turn off traffic it leave the gse at the gates and removes the jetbridges(thats if i toggle statick aircraft off), if i download the file "statick off" everytime i try to load into EPWA it doesnt work, i wait and wait sometimes i waited 20 min and still nothing, when i go back to the maneger and delete the "statick off" file and try to load it loads instantly. So id like to know is there a way to get a file that will work and remove all statick aircraft since its a frustration when flying on vatsim

In addition i had an identical issue with EPKK when i turned off static aircraft gate 3 still woudnt have a jetbridge and the gsx were still occupying the gates. But downloading the file for L/R stands helped and now i have all gates available without static aircraft. So if you perhaps send an identical file like you did for EPKK would be amazing. In addition, im in love with both of the scenerys i bought and keep it up since your work is truly amazing

This is something that should be reported to IniBuilds, because jetways should be independent from the static planes. In case of our installer, it works as it should, but IniBuilds provides their own installer, which probably does something wrong.

Which one do you mean? In the future, in the new version, there should be a feature that will allow you to turn off the statics and activate all gates at the same time.

[edited into single post - SD]

I just bought EPWA from ORBX and the gateway that’s supposed to connect glitches out when I zoom out. Am I the only one having this problem?
(...)
And when I zoom in it still stays like this and does not attach like it did from the start.

Hello peter777,

Good to see you again 🙂

Thank you for the report.

What you are describing (jetway visually glitching or not attaching properly after zooming) is typically related to object streaming or LOD behavior on the simulator side rather than a scenery defect.

Please try the following:

1) Increase LOD
Go to Graphics settings and raise:
  • Terrain LOD
  • Objects LOD
Please test with noticeably higher values and check whether the jetway remains stable when zooming.

2) Disable Rolling Cache (test)
Temporarily turn Rolling Cache OFF, restart the simulator, and test again. This helps rule out any streamed data issues.

3) Check for conflicts
Please make sure you do not have:
  • Any other EPWA version installed
  • Any jetway replacement or airport enhancement mods
  • Any 3rd-party GSX profiles affecting EPWA
4) Test with a default aircraft
Please try reproducing the issue using a default Asobo aircraft to exclude any aircraft-specific interaction behavior.

If it still happens, please let us know:
  • PC or Xbox
  • If PC – which store the product was purchased from
  • Your Terrain and Objects LOD values
  • Whether this happens at all gates or only specific stands

We will be happy to look into it further.

Best regards

Hi again!

I have tried all 4 but no solution. I don't understand that no other here recieves this error with the gates at this airport. I don't have this problem in any other airport.
It happends in spot view when I zoom out after the gateway has connected properly. And then when I zoom in again it still remains in the erratic position.

Hello Peter,

From what we can see:
  • The jetway is extended
  • The connection animation has triggered
  • After zooming out in spot view, the jetway becomes visually misaligned
This strongly suggests a visual LOD swap issue, not a connection logic failure.

In MSFS, when camera distance changes, the simulator swaps object models to different LOD levels. In rare cases, this can cause animated objects (like jetways) to appear offset in external view.

The important point is:

Zooming does not re-trigger jetway logic.
So if alignment changes after zooming, it is almost always related to object streaming.

To narrow this down, please check the following:

Test 1 – Cockpit View Check
  • Connect the jetway normally
  • Zoom out until it shifts
  • Then switch to cockpit view
Question:
Does the jetway appear correctly attached in cockpit view?

If yes, this confirms it is purely a visual external-view LOD issue.

Test 2 – Gate Scope
  • Does this happen at all gates?
  • Or only at specific stands?
This information will help us determine whether we are looking at:
  • General simulator LOD behavior
  • Or a specific stand configuration
We will continue investigating based on your reply.

Best regards
