Thank you, but the jetway remains in the erratic position even after I zoom back and I can also se the change from the cockpit. This happends at all the gates I tested at this airport. Gate 16-20.
This issue does not happend in any of the other 3rd part airports that I have (around 40).
I wish I knew how to create a recording so that you would see for your self.
It is a bit annoying at this very nice airport you have created.

Hello Peter,
Thank you for checking and for the additional details.
If the jetway remains misaligned even when you switch back to cockpit view, and it happens at multiple gates (16-20), then we need to treat this as a reproducible issue on your setup and narrow down what is unique there.
Most important question (please answer first):
If you are on PC, please try these two tests (they are fast):
Test A - GSX off
How to make a short recording (PC, very easy)
You do not need any special software:
Videos\Captures
Then attach it here using the Attachments tab below the reply box, or upload it to any file hosting and paste the link.
If you are on Xbox
Xbox recordings are also easy:
Best regards

Most important question (please answer first):
- Are you on PC or Xbox?
- Where did you buy EPWA: Marketplace or another store (ORBX, Simmarket, iniBuilds etc.)?
- Do you use GSX (yes/no)?
If you are on PC, please try these two tests (they are fast):
Test A - GSX off
- If GSX is installed, temporarily disable it and restart MSFS
- Load EPWA gate 16 and test the jetway again
- Temporarily remove all add-ons from Community except EPWA
- Restart MSFS
- Test again at gate 16

You do not need any special software:
- Press Windows + G to open Xbox Game Bar
- Click the Capture widget
- Click Start recording
- Record 10-15 seconds while you zoom out and back in
- Stop recording

Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin MSFS
Hi, I am on PC and I bought it at ORBX. I use GSX but I turned it off for testing and I tested to turn off everything in my community folder. I have not tested all gates but I feel it strange that this issue only happends at this airport.
Gateway 14 is working just fine. You should look into 16-19 where I am getting this strange misbehavior.

Hello Peter,
Thank you — this is very helpful information.
The fact that:
Before we investigate the stand configuration, we need to rule out one important variable:
Which aircraft are you using?
Please test the following:
Test 1 – Default aircraft check
Some third-party aircraft report door positions differently to the simulator, which can affect how the jetway aligns and animates.
Also, just to confirm:
Thank you for your patience — we’ll get to the bottom of it.
Best regards

- Gate 14 works correctly
- Gates 16–19 show the issue

Please test the following:
Test 1 – Default aircraft check
- Load gate 16
- Use a default Asobo aircraft (e.g. A320neo)
- Connect the jetway
- Zoom out and back in

Also, just to confirm:
- Are you using DX11 or DX12?
- Aircraft type
- Result of the default aircraft test
- DX mode
Thank you for your patience — we’ll get to the bottom of it.

Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin MSFS
Hi again,
I have now tested gate 5 and gate 14-24 with different airbuses incl Fenix.
It seems that only gate 16-19 is showing this erratic behavior.
I am on dx12
Thanks,
Peter

Re: EPWA Warsaw Chopin MSFS
Hello Peter,
Thank you — that is very useful.
Since:
There are known cases in MSFS where DX12 causes animated objects (including jetways) to behave differently compared to DX11, especially after camera distance changes.
Could you please perform one final test:
DX11 Test
If the issue disappears in DX11, this would confirm a DX12-specific rendering/animation quirk rather than a configuration issue.
In parallel, we will review gates 16–19 internally to verify the jetway setup there.
Thank you for your thorough testing — this is very helpful.
